Chicken with Cider Vinegar and Thyme

Ingredients
2-6oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 tbsp xtra virgin olive oil2 tbsp cider vinegar1/4 tsp dried thyme1/2 tsp dried red pepper flakes1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp blk pepper1-2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
combine all ingrediants in ziploc bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least one hour. grill, broil, or saute chicken breasts. let rest for 5 minutes and then serve.
makes 3-4oz servings.
