Turkey Kielbasa w cabbage, apples, potatos

Ingredients
2T vegetable oil1 head Napa cabbage, sliced thin1 large onion diced2 medium apples, peeled, sliced thinly 2 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced thinly3T sugar3T white vinegar14oz Turkey Kielbasa, sliced thinly
Directions
Add oil, onion, cabbage to large pot. Cook until cabbage is wilted
Add 2T water, apples, potatos, salt & pepper to taste. Cook about 15 minutes
Add kielbasa, cook 10 minutes
Add sugar and vinegar, cook 5-10 minutes.

Makes 7 servings.
