Quick Salmon Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown minute rice2 cans canned salmon1 can 2% milk1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup1.5 cups frozen peassalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook rice according to package. in a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients. In a large microwave safe bowl sculpt rice around bowl. Pour mixed ingredients into center of "rice bowl". Microwave for 10 mins. Serve. Tastes great with a low fat american single.
