greek style leg of lamb

Ingredients
Leg of lamb - about 2 pounds4-5 garlic cloves1 TBSP rosemary or oregano1 TBSP Olive oil1tsp course salt1 tsp pepper1/2 cupwine or chicken stock
Directions
Pat lamb dry with paper towel
Grate the lemon rind and grind into a paste with the garlic rosemary oil salt and pepper
rub the paste over the lamb. Let it sit on countertop for 1/2 hour or refrigerate over night. Put in slow cooker with the chicken stalk or wine.. cook on low for 6-8 hours
