Marinated Chicken Breast
- Minutes to Cook:
- Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
Directions
(2) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts(6 Tbsp) Italian Dressing
-Rinse the Chicken breasts in cold water.
-Place Chicken and Italian Dressing in Ziplock bag to marinate overnight (Doesn't have to be overnight, but that's how I always do it)
-Remove the chicken from the bag and throw the marinade away! Do no use it as a baste! (Nutritional info will be a little off since you are not eating all of the dressing).
-Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until temprature reaches 160 degrees in the thickess part of the meat. Remove from oven and let it sit for a couple minutes to allow it to come up to temprature (165). Doing this ensures that the chicken is still moist but not undercooked.
-You can also grill them, just stick to the temprature rule above while turning them over to cook evenly.
Takes some prep time with the marinating, but if you take the extra 10 minutes to throw them in a bag the night before, it saves you alot of time the next day when you go from the bag to cooking.
