Tanya's Healthy Fruit Parfait

Ingredients
8 oz. of Dannon Activia Vanilla Yogurt (or yogurt of choice), divided~1/2 c. mixed frozen fruit of choice (I used strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)1/4 c. granola (aim for low cal., low fat options)1-2 tbsp of ground flaxseed(Optional: add splenda or sweetener to granola/flaxseed mixture to taste.)
Directions
Place 4 oz. of yogurt into bottom of small bowl. Place mixed frozen fruit on top of yogurt. Top with remaining 4 oz of yogurt. Mix granola and flaxseed in a small bowl, and top yogurt with mixture.

(Optional: add splenda or sweetener to granola/flaxseed mixture to taste.)

Makes one serving.
