Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1.5 cup (remove)*Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.5 cup (remove)Bacon, 4 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
Preheat oven to 350 degress take a square or rectangle baking dish lay a layer of bacon on the bottom, then pour rice on top (if you use regular rice you have to start it with the chicken off and put it on later or rice doesn't cook correctly) then lay the chicken breast (which you've cut in half to make four pieces) pour soup into a bowl, put half cup of milk in can fill the rest with water, mix into bowl with the soup and pour over rice and chicken. Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour check the doneness of rice uncover and bake for 10 to 15 minutes .
