Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients
1 9-inch Nabisco Graham Cracker Pie Crust1/3 Cup Splenda1/2 Cup sifted all purpose flour1/4 teaspoon salt3 Cups 2% milk3 egg yolks, slightly beaten1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla1 Tablespoon butter, unsalted
Directions
Mix Slenda, Flour, and Salt in saucepan; add milk gradually, stirring until smooth. Cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Mix a small portion of hot mixture into egg yolks, return to saucepan and boil an additonal 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, add vanilla and butter. Cool. Place bananas in bottom of graham cracker crust, add filling.

    Bananas are not listed in either the ingredients or the nutritional info, only mention is to put them in the pie crust before adding the filling. - 1/24/16
