Italian Bean "Burger" - Suz

Ingredients
Butter Beans, 1 can (15 oz) - smashedOnions, raw, 1 small, dicedItalian Bread Crumbs 1/4 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Reduced Fat 4 Italian shredded cheese, .5 cup Garlic powder, .25 tbsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 slicesFresh Mozzerella all-natural cheese, 4 oz (slices, 1 for ea sandwich)light balsamic vinigrette 2 tblspoon, 8 tsp (2 tsp on ea sandwich)Bread - Sara Lee Delightful Wheat Bun, 4 serving
Directions
1. Drain, rinse and mash beans.
2. Mix in onion, bread crumbs, egg, cheese, garlic powder
3. Press some bread crumbs on outside of "burger"
4. Spray pan and put in oven. Broil on each side until browned. Or cook on griddle or pan coated with oil or spray, browning on each side.
5. Top with a slice of tomato and fresh mozzerella and sprinkle with 1 tsp basalmic. Put on bun and EAT!
