Tuna-Biscuit Casseroles

Ingredients
1/2 cup onion, chopped1/4 cup butter1/2 cup white flour2 TSP Sodium-free Bouillion1 TSP thyme2 1/2 cups Milk15oz tuna fish2 cups mixed veggies
Directions
Cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, bouillon granules, thyme, and 1/8tsp pepper. Add milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in tuna, veggies, and parsley. Cook and stir until heated through. Pour into six 10-oz casseroles. Quarter biscuits; place four pieces atop hot filling in each casserole. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or till biscuits are lightly browned.
