Cucumber Dill Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
1 pint plain nonfat yogurt1/2 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp fresh dill, finely choppedJuice from lemon to tasteSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and serve with falafel, pita bread/chips, or other Mediterranean foods. Serves 8.
