Low Cal Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
2 smashed bananas1T melted margarine1T vanilla extract1/2 cup raw sugardash of salt1t baking soda1 lg egg2T 2% milk1/3 cup chopped pecans3/4 cup white flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray two mini loaf pans with no-stick cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients, except the flour, by hand until smooth. Add the flour and divide the batter between the two mini loaf pans. Cook for about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 8 servings.
