2 scoops Optima Slimfast Powder 1 Banana Frozen and cut into 4ths1 Apple frozen and chopped up1/2 cup Tropicana Light Fruit Punch (only 10 calories)1/2 cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt6-8 Ice Cubes
But in punch and yogurt into the blender start to blend,add slimfast powder (I like the chocolate one) while blender is on, add frozen apple and banana after setting blender on higher setting, finally add the ice cubes, and enjoy!
