1 lb (16 oz) Turkey Polish Sausage1/2 cup (4 oz) Chick Broth10 to 12 small red potatoes (600 grams or 1 lb).1/2 (4 oz) Pearl Onions1/2 (4 oz) small bag of baby carrots
Prep:
Take polish sausage from rapping and cut on the angle (about 1 inch). Risen off potatoes, carrots and peal and clean pearl onions or large onion cut into 1/4's. Place into 4-quart pressure cooker. Than pour the 1/2 cup (4 oz) of chicken broth and securely lock the lid into place.
Cooking:
Select Cooking Meat and set time for 20 minutes.
