LEAN Pork Shoulder (Cook in slow cooker a minimum of 7 hours on low)Seperately mix the ingredients for homemade BBQ sauce:2 1/4 cups of Ketchup1 cup brown sugar1 tsp dry mustard3 tbs Liquid SmokeFeel free to modify; add Tobasco for some heat and any Bourbon or Whiskey for a nice Southern kick.
