Peach Ice Cream

32 ounces 1% milk (4 cups)32 ounces peaches chopped in a blender (4 cups)1 cup Splenda.5 cup sugar.5 tsp almond extract
Fill a blender with fresh sliced peaches. If possible, overripes from the orchard are best. Chop until most large chunks are removed but stop before totally pureed. Pour peaches into container for freezing ice cream. Match with an equal amount of 1% milk blended. Add sugar and Splenda (or other sugar substitute) and mix together. Add a half teaspoon of almond extract.
Close container and follow directions for making ice cream or frozen yogurt. Enjoy!
