Ingredients
1 box JIFFY Corn Muffin Mix1 large egg1/3 C Non-Fat Milk1/2 C Cream Style Corn1/4 C chopped pickled jalapenos
Directions
Combine all ingredients, divide among 10 muffin liner papers, bake as directed. Muffins should just fill the 2 oz liners when finished baking.
