smoky roasted eggplant sauce with pasta

Ingredients
2 med eggplants 1head garlic 0r 6 cloves2 red bell peppers( roasted/grilled)14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes ,no salt added1 jar classico fire roasted tomato & garlic
Directions
cut eggplants in halve placedown on baking sheet ,also bake head garlic same sheet bake for 20 minutes @ 375* grill red peppers till smoky roasted. take out eggplants & garlic scoop out seeds then scoop eggplant in food processor with peeled roasted garlic and grilled red peppers.blend .add to classico sauce with drained tomatoes stew till warm.boil 1 lb. box of whole wheat spagehetti noodles (1/2 cup cooked noodles)serve sauce on top( .top with 1/4 cup shredded parmesian cheese optional.)
