Pancakes Whole Wheat

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk1 egg1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Fry in non-stick pan with canola oil spray. Makes 8, 4" pancakes.
