tsp olive oil1 cup red pepperfew slices hot pepper1 cup onion1/2 cup celery1/2 cup carrots1 slice ginger root1 clove garlic3 oz cooked chickenTBSP duck saucetsp soy sauce
Directions
Dice all vegetables. Stir fry in oil. Add sauces. Add cooked chicken. heat and serve.
