Ingredients
1lb Oats10oz butter/marg6oz Demerera Sugar4oz Golden Syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 180.

1. Melt the butter, sugar and syrup in a saucepan until fully dissolved.
2. Remove from the heat and stir in the oats.
3. Spread the mixture into a deep, well greased baking tray and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
4. Once removed from the oven cut into even sized fingers and leave to cool.
5. Once cooled remove and serve.
