3 cups orzo pasta1 cup zucchini, sliced1 medium tomato2 large celery stalks1 cup carrots, strips or slices1/2 cup frozen peas5 mushrooms, medium12 tbsp light mayonnaise 6 tbsp fat free Italian salad dressing
Cook orzo according to package directions.
Chop or dice all vegetables.
Add in Italian dressing to taste and mayo* to taste.
