Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
Butternut SquashOnionGarlicExtra Light Olive OilChicken BrothWaterPepperBasilHalf & Half Cream
Directions
Remove skin on butternut squash and cut up in to 1 inch cubes.

Saute cut onions and garlic with olive oil.

Add butternut squash, 2 cups chicken broth, 2 cups water, pepper and basil. Boil for 18 to 20 minutes.

In blender puree soup and add Half & Half Cream.

Makes 6, one cup servings.
