Low Fat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour3 cups white flour5tsp baking soda1tbsp salt1 1/2 cups brown sugar3 cups natural bran3 cups All Bran cereal2 cups blueberries (can sub raisins or dates)2 eggs & 2 egg whites1 cup applesauce1/4 cup molasses1 quart buttermilk (1%)1 1/2 cups water
Directions
Mix dry ingreadiants in bowl and make will in centre
Beat eggs and add all liquids
Mix well
Refrigerate over night
Preheat oven to 400 faranhite. Stir batter and fill 2/3 full
Bake for 17-20 minutes
