Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
Flour, white, 2 cup Wheat flour, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup Brown Sugar, 1.5 cup, packed Egg, fresh, 4 large Canola Oil, 1 cup Cinnamon, ground, 2.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Salt, 1.5 tsp Baking Soda, 2 tsp Pumpkin, canned, 16oz
Directions
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl (Sugars, eggs, oil, pumpkin).

In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients (flours, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon)

Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, mixing well.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease ONLY the bottom of two loaf pans. Divide batter into two pans evenly.

Bake 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15-20 minutes, then remove loaf from pan and cool fully.

Store in the refrigerator if not eating immediately.
