3 cups diced butternut squash(baked)3 cups chicken brothsalt and pepper(dash)grill mates montreal chicken 3/4 tspdash of hot sauce1/4 cup shredded motzarella cheese1/4 cup of shredded mixed cheese1/2 cup milk1 tsp of minced garlicone small peeled apple, diced
cut butternut squash in half. scoop out seeds. bake face down in 1/2 inch of water at 350 for 30 min or until soft. Cool and take skin off. combine in pan on stove with all ingredients except for milk and cheese.
simmer for 30 minutes.
place in blender and puree. has a bit of a bite to it. (adjust the seasoning to your likeing) add cheese and milk and serve.
