6 Egg WhitesReduced Fat Medium Cheddar Cheese 1.5 slices(Sargento)6 slices Turkey Bacon (Great Value)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet brown bacon slightly until edges are crispy but it is still flexible. Spray non stick cooking spray into muffin cups. Wrap the bacon around the bottom of each cup so it is in a circle. Pour one egg white (or one serving of carton egg whites) into the center of the bacon. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Quarter each slice of cheese and top the eggs. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes until melted. Let cool for a few minutes. Eat on their own or on top of a whole grain bagel thin or English muffin.
