Turkey Soup & Gnocchi Dumplings

Ingredients
2 Cups WaterOnions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Carrots, raw, 3 cup, strips or slicesSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup Parsnips, 3 cup slicesParsley, dried, 1 tbspPoultry seasoning, 1 tbspTurkey breast meat, 16 ounce(s)Peas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) *Davinci gnocchi, 2.625 cupStarch 3 Tbsp mixed with enough water to make a thin paste
Directions
Makes 6-2 Cup Servings

Add all ingredients except Turkey, Peas and Gnocchi. Simmer until vedgtables are cooked tender.
Add Turkey and Gnocchi and simmer until dumplings are done.
Add Peas and 3 Tbsp Corn starch mixed with a little water and bring to boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and let rest 15 minutes.
