1/2 cup butter1/2 cup Smart Balance Omega Oil1 3/4 cups Sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup light Sour Cream1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 1/2 cup all-purpose Flour4 tbsp Cocoa Powder2 cups Zucchini, shredded1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup pecans, chopped1/2 cup Mini Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
In a large mixing bowl mix together with an electric mixer the first twelve ingredients. Stir in shredded zucchini. Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 in baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle the brown sugar, pecans & chocolate chips evenly over the top. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
