Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree, 3.5 cup Betty Crocker Carrot Cake (mix only) Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 1/2 cupPumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp water 1/4 cup
Directions
combine all ingredients and distrbute evenly into muffin tin

bake at 400 for 15 mintues

makes 24 muffins

*note* do NOT follow directions on the box of cake mix
