Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
6 cups fresh spinach1 c onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 can healthy cream of mushroom soup1/2 t nutmeg1T Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Saute onion until sweats, add garlic and saute a little longer. Add Spinach to the pan until it all wilts. Add mushroom soup and nutmeg, then stir until well blended and simmer for 5 minutes. Top w/ grated parmesan cheese. Serves 4
