Red Applesauce Yogurt Dessert

1 cup boiling waterSugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello), 4 Serving Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.75 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Vanilla Carbmaster lowfat yogurt, 6 oz [or 80 cal Low Carb Yogurt]
Heat 1 cup of water to boil in a 2 cup microwave proof measuring cup. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water and stir well.
Stir 1 tsp of ground cinnamon into 3/4 cup of applesauce.
Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of jello into a custard cup and sit on counter at room temp.
Mix remaining jello with the applesauce mixture. Stir well.
pour t he applesauce mixture between four serving glasses & refrigerate until semi-set. Now, mix the remaining gelatin with the yogurt. Divide this topping between the 4 servings. Refrigerate about 2 hours more for it to set.
