1 cup Smart Ground, crumbled1/3 cup pasta sauce2 tbsp low sodium vegetable broth1/2 cup grated carrots2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp cumin
Crumble the Smart Ground into a lightly greased pan on medium-high heat. Add shredded carrots and cook until carrots start to get soft.
Add remaining ingredients, stir, and cover. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve on bread, buns, or tortillas.
