Pumpkin Corn Cream Soup

Ingredients
2 Cans Chicken Broth1 Carrot2 Stalks Celery1/4 Onion1 Cup Pumpkin1/2 Cup Half and Half 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce11 oz CornSalt and Pepper to taste, I also added some Trader Joe's 21 Salute non-salt seasoningNutmeg and Cinnamon
Directions
Cut up the carrots, celery and onion (relatively small)
Simmer the veggies and corn with the chicken broth for 25 min (or until soft)
Stir in pumpkin and applesauce, simmer for 15 min
Turn off heat and add half and half and seasonings.
Add a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon for a little spice

Enjoy!

You can modify this however you would like- seasoning wise!
