    I absolutely love sweet potatoes, making them this way I know I will love it. I grow my own and the red sweet potatoes when you bake them, open the skins the sugar juice runs out they are so sweet. I will have to change the recipe a little because my sweet potaotes are so sweet and no salt. Love it. - 10/4/10
