1 lb hamberger or ground turkey - cooked and drained1 clove garlic - minced1/2 white onion - diced2 carrots - peeled and diced1/2 c soup shells (or orzo pasta)26 oz jar of marinara sauce2 cans of chicken broth1 can canneloni (or white Great Northern) beans - drained1 tsp oregano1 tsp parsley1/2 tsp basil1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Cook hamberger and set aside. Saute carrots and onion in olive oil until tender, sprinkle with salt. Add all other ingredients, simmer until pasta is done.
