White Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 cup diced celery1 cup diced onion2 Tbsp butter2 cloves garlic, minced2 cans Great Northern beans1 can chili style diced tomatoes2 cups chicken broth1 small can salsa verde1 tsp basil1 Tbsp chili powder1 tsp saltpepper to taste
Directions
Brown meat in dutch oven, set aside. Saute onions and celery in butter until soft. Add garlic and saute a couple minutes longer.
Return the meat to the pot, then add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes.

***I didn't calculate with it, but I HIGHLY recommend serving with a tbsp of sour cream mixed in. I seriously can't stress this enough! It's fabulous! :)
