Ingredients
Ground beefYellow peppers, choppedMinced onion 1tsp1 egg5 whole wheat crackersMesquite seasoning, 1/2 tsp4 thin slices of tomato1 sandwhich round
Directions
Mix Ground beef, Yellow peppers, Minced onion, egg
crumbled crackers and Mesquite seasoning. Form into burger and cook either on the grill or in a frying pan until well done, serve on a sandwhich round with sliced tomatos
