creamy slow cooker chicken and rice

Ingredients
1 can of 98% fat free Cream of Chicken Soup1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup3 cups of rice1/2 bag (225g) baby carrots3 chicken breasts2 cans of water
Directions
Mix rice, soup and carrots
top with chicken, press down a little to cover a bit
cook on low for about 6 hours
