Black beans, pork, diced tomatoes, corn, lime juice, avocados, salt and pepper to taste
put two cans of black beans in large pot, add tomatoes, corn, lime juice. Shred about 2 cups of pork roast. Add those to the pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 30 to 60 minutes.
