Ingredients:Zucchini, 2 cup gratedEgg whites, 1/3 cup Flour, whole grain, 1/3 cupCanola Oil, 3 tbspSour Cream, reduced fat, 4 tbsp
Directions
Shred Zucchini add egg white flour salt and peper- fry on fruying pan.

Makes about 6 medium pancaces
Per person ( 3 perpan caces with 2 spoons of sour screem )
