Roo's Easy Eggless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 - 30 oz can Libby's Canned Pumpkin Pie Filling1 - 16 ox can evaporated milk2 Tbls unsalted butter, meltedlittle shy of 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground cardomon or allspice3 Tbls cornstarch
Directions
preheat oven to 375.

Unroll pie crust and mold into favorite pie pan, crimp or flute edges. Also, there will be a little left over, so spray one custard size cup for a crustless serving (100 calories less than with)

All remaining ingredients, whisk together until cornstarch is no longer lumpy, then pour into pie crust / custard cup.

Bake for one hour, or until knife inserted 2/3 way in comes out clean. Let rest to cool for 20 minutes, best served warm with a dallop of whip cream.
