Crockpot Broccoli, Potato and Cheese Soup

2 C. diced potatoes3 T chopped onions10-oz pkg frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and chopped2 T butter, melted3 T flour1 c cubed Velveeta light cheese1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper5 1/2 c skim milk.
Cook potatoes and onions in boiling water until potatoes are crisp-tender. Drain. Place in slow cooker
Add remaining ingredients. Stir together.
Cover. Cook on low for 4 hours. Serves 6. 1-1/2 c servings
