Cut up 1 10oz package of crimini mushrooms, sautee in pan thats been coated with pam spray.Dice one medium vidalia onion, sautee until browned.Chop fine 4 turkey sausage patties, sautee until browned.One carton egg beaters(15oz), garden veggie variety. Cook and chop down fine.Mix all ingredients together. Should yield 4 servings.
