Ingredients
Hodgson Mill Blueberry Muffin Mix1 tbls vegetable oil1cup plus 2 tbls milk1 egg
Directions
Need another 2 Tbls of milk along with the 1 Cup of milk.
Preheat ove to 400, Line 8 muffin cups with liners. Mix all ingredients until moist, let rest 10 mins. Spoon into cups. Bake for 16 mins.
