*Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised, 10 oz (remove)egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup (remove)*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .2 cup (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Heat pan with olive oil.
Salt & Pepper pork - can also add other spices for flavor such as paprika
Dredge pork in flour, then egg white, then bread crumbs (I always use flavored bread crumbs.)
Put into pan... there should be a good sizzle.
Cook until golden brown on each side.
Put on paper towel to drain any excess oil.
