Low Fat Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 can black beans2 tbsp chopped onions1 tbsp chopped cilantro plus more for garnish2 tsp hot saucesalt and pepper to taste1 plum tomato, chopped
Directions
put onions, tomatoes, and cilantro in food processor and pulse until chopped. add beans, hot sauce, and salt and pepper and pulse until mostly smooth. garnish with cilantro and serve with chopped veggies, pita chips, or tortilla chips.
