Diced Potatoes - 5-7Capers (no need to drain)- -2-3 TbspChicken Broth - Or water with chicken bouilion - 4-6 cupsonions - 1/4 cup choppedMeatballslean ground turkey or chickenone egg1/4 cup bread crumbssalt an pepper to tasteshallots or onion 1/4 cup chopped.
Make meatballs out of the ground turkey or chicken using the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg. Fry in frying pan to brown. In a pot put in broth, diced potatoes, salt and pepper, capers boiling while the meatballs are browning. Add in the shallots both in the broth and the meatballs. Once they are browned, put in pot with potaoes and boil for 15-20 minutes. If needed add more water.
When I eat it I like to mash the potatoes and meatballs all together.
