Honey-Lime Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 3 oz each2 limes2 tbsp honey1 tbsp ground cumin2 tbsp canola oil1/4 tsp peppersalt if desired
Directions
Mix honey, cumin, pepper and oil in a shallow baking dish. Zest and juice both limes and add to the mixture. Add the chicken and stir to cover the chicken with the marinate. Set aside for 15-20 minutes. ** The lime juice will begin to cook the chicken if left for longer than 30 minutes, so be sure to keep your eye on it.

Preheat your grill to medium high heat. Cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes or until done. Let rest for 5-10 minutes, then cut in strips and serve with your favorite sandwich fixins!
