Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
* Quick Oats, 1 1/2 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 medium * Granulated Sugar, 1/8 cup * *Canola Oil, 1/8 cup * Silk, Unsweetened Soymilk, 1/2 cup * *SunMaid Fruit Bits, 1/4 cup * Kretschmer Wheat Germ 2 T * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2T * Applesauce, unsweetened 1/2 cupBaking Powder, 1 tSalt, 1/2 tCinnamon, 1 t
Directions
Mix oats, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cinnamon together well. Add wet ingredients, mix well. Stir in fruit bits and walnuts. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until firm and slightly browned.
